House Passes Package on Mental Health

The House is passing a bipartisan package focused on addressing mental health. Titled the "Restoring Hope for Mental Health and Well-Being Act," the legislation passed by a 402-to-20 vote.

The package looks to create additional agencies and would look to upgrade access to crisis care.

Among the 'no' votes, which were all from the GOP side were Georgia’s Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Colorado’s Lauren Boebert of Colorado and Florida’s Matt Gaetz.
