Lindsay Lohan ARRESTED FOR FIGHTING…amongst other things.

Lindsay Lohan was ARRESTED at 4 AM Thursday in New York City for allegedly punching a woman at a New York City nightclub ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Law enforcement tells us prior to the fight words were exchanged between Lindsay and the woman as they sat in separate booths near each other. Lindsay said something to the effect of, "Give me my space." Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl in the left side of her face. Lindsay was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault, given a desk appearance ticket (meaning she must show up in court in the near future) and released several hours after she was taken into custody. Law enforcement says she was "visibly tired" at the station. And this isn't Lindsay's only legal problem. TMZ broke the story ... she is about to be charged with lying to cops in June after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway. She told them she was a passenger in the Porsche when actually she was driving.

And, if Lindsay is formally charged with the latest crime, it could trigger yet another probation violation.

Keyshia Cole Responds To Explicit Photo, Slams Haters

Keyshia Cole is disgusted with persons responsible for trying to ruin her image by distributing a sexually explicit photo. According to numerous reports, the picture surfaced earlier this week, at the height of promotion for her new album, "Woman To Woman." "I've shared extremely a lot of my life with the world, with people who love me and people who H8, but jus like fam, people never tell u how much they love u," Keyshia went on to say via Twitter. "Evil a$$ haters STAY on some BullShyt! Y'all wish! Lol!" In good news, Keyshia's new album, "Woman To Woman," has debuted within the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. The album is led by the singles "Enough of No Love" and "Trust and Believe".

Fantasia POPS OFF On Baby's Daddy Antwaun's Family... 

Fantasia has some words for everybody that has a problem with her still (apparently) being with Antwan Cook-the man she had a child with while he was still with his wife Paula. So we're still doing this apparently.  While most of us thought Antwaun and Fantasia were done for good after her suicide scare, pregnancy and getting sued by his wife, things apparently are still poppin' in South Carolina. After receiving some scathing messages from an alleged aunt of Antwaun, she posted the above pic of she and 'Twaun cuddled up on Thanksgiving saying, "RUN and TELL THAT." The messages written by Vickie Henry caused Antwaun to delete all his social media accounts but Fanny stil had some things to say, like telling her to come to her house and confront her "woman to woman."  She also said Antwaun's family likes to smile in her face when they come see their son Dallas, but talks mess behind her back about "how many pics Antwaun is given of his son."

Halle Berry, according to TMZ, has “very quietly” listed her Hollywood Hills home for $15 million. The property, where her fiancé Olivier Martinez and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry got into a violent fight on  Thanksgiving Day, is described as a 5-bedroom, 5,900 sq. ft. Tuscan-style estate, with a spacious backyard, a 1,400 sq. ft. guest house, a pool, spa, multiple fireplaces and picturesque landscaping.

Brandy will be ringing in 2013 in a big way. The R&B diva will be performing on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve this year hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Fergie. Other artists set to perform will be Talyor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida, and Pitbull. More artists will be confirmed at a later date. This is the shows first year without Dick Clark, who died in April. A two-hour tribute is planned for the late broadcasting veteran prior to the actual New Year’s Rockin’ fiesta, which kicks off at 10pm EST.

Dr. Dre has managed to top Forbes’ new list of “The World’s 25 Highest-Paid Musicians,” despite a 13-year gap between studio albums, earning an estimated $110 million from May 2011 to May 2012. Dre’s bested such competition as Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Kanye West, all of whom made the cut, and was nearly $30 million more than the man who came in at #2 on the list, Roger Waters of Pink Floyd. The majority of Dre’s wealth these days comes one very profitable source: his line of Beats headphones, earphones and accessories.

Wendy Williams makes a statement by posing nude to protest the ill-treatment of animals when and wearing fur. "We should all try to be comfortable in our own skin and let animals keep theirs," says Wendy.While tastefully done and for a notable cause, the comments have started to roll regarding the host’s photo. “Not her saying wearing fur is bad with all that Horse hair in her head,” one message-boarder said. “Her feet look like bear claws,” another added. “Doesn't she kinda look like a lion?” someone else posted. But not all reactions are hilariously-criticizing. “Her body looks great. Get that publicity sis!” said one supporter. “She looks good. What’s with the hate?” someone else stated.

Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina’s now supposed ex-boyfriend, was arrested for driving like a fool last night just hours after Bobbi K herself totaled a Chevy Camaro in a frightening wreck of her own. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Nick was taken into custody in Alpharetta, Georgia last night … after cops say he was going 82 in a 35 on Northpoint Parkway .. a retail area with high pedestrian foot traffic. One law enforcement source tells us, “We are fortunate because that’s such a busy corridor with high end retail shopping retaurants and pedestrains at crosswalks.” The source adds, “At that speed, it’s absolutely reckless.”
