There is no credible evidence that Chris Brown completed the community service he was required to do in the beating of Rihanna, and he should be forced to repeat six months of manual labor in Los Angeles, prosecutors told a judge Tuesday. A motion by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office says the records submitted to prove Brown finished the community labor sentenced by Virginia authorities contain numerous discrepancies and that the R&B singer was essentially unsupervised. The D.A isn’t the only one coming after him. In other news looks like Chris Brown's volcanic temper -- in particular his recent blowup with Frank Ocean -- has ironically become NBA star Tony Parker's secret weapon in a lawsuit against a New York City nightclub ... TMZ has learned. TMZ broke the story ... Parker has filed a $20 million lawsuit against W.i.P. nightclub, claiming it should never have let Brown in last June -- the night his posse fought with Drake's people ... a fight that ended with a shard of glass piercing Tony's cornea.

 “SMASH” IS BACK…YEAH!

Jennifer Hudson will make her anticipated debut on the hit NBC series "Smash" (Tuesday, Feb. 5).  Appearing as Veronica Moore, Hudson gives some very valuable advice in one of her first scenes with fellow "American Idol" alum Katharine McPhee.

The two-hour "Smash" season premiere event kicks off Tuesday on NBC.

Justin Timberlake has been working on another secret project.
